Nutrition is the most important aspects for maintenance of good health. Among all the nutrients protein is one of the most important nutrient which enables good health. Protein provides body with the necessary fuel to keep us going through the day. Every organ in our body is made up of cells and it is proteins which help in the formation and functioning of cells.
