When I have joined Dr. Aparna Tandon for diet programme, my weight was 75kg, I was suffering from multiple health problems (Dyslipidemia, Vit D deficiency, low calcium levels, hypothyroid) and was also taking anti-depressant tablets but after starting the diet programme, my blood parameters showed improvement and I also started losing weight with my energy levels back to normal and I am able to maintain the weight loss which I have achieved. I started the diet program a month back. The reason primarily was for weight loss as I suffer from hormonal imbalance. The diet chart is very well structured. Most items on the plan are those that generally form part of our daily food intake. Only the quantities are moderated. Hence it is not so difficult to follow it through. Also since plans are on a 2-day basis with multitude of meal options, one does not get bored of eating the same thing day-in and day out. The recipe's given are an added advantage. Though, I have not lost the targeted weight in the month, but I can see benefits of eating more fibre in the form of salads, etc. Not only do I feel better, but also can see changes in both my hair and skin texture. The diet chart is designed in such a manner that it keeps you full throughout the day and one does not face any lack of energy due to decreased calorie intake. Thanks Diet plus Health……..
